摘要
就业是民生之本,是国家经济发展的重要目标,就业工作的推进是社会和谐稳定的重要保障。随着社会经济的发展和就业观念的转变,大学生“慢就业”现象日益明显,引起了社会的广泛关注。文章深入探讨了“慢就业”的界定、困境、成因并提出相应的可行性对策,以期推动大学生的高质量就业。
Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood,and the important goal of national economic development.The promotion of employment work is an important guarantee of social harmony and stability.With the development of socioeconomic and the change of employment concept,the phenomenon of“slow employment”of college students is becoming more and more obvious,which has aroused widespread concern of the society.This article probes into the definition,predicament and cause of“slow employment”and puts forward the corresponding feasible countermeasures,in order to promote high quality employment for college students.
