摘要
高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,体育产业作为“幸福产业”、绿色产业和朝阳产业,是支撑经济高质量发展的重要动能,也是建设体育强国的重要内容。以新质生产力推动体育产业高质量发展为研究对象,探讨其逻辑框架、推进困境、实践进路。突出“新”“质”“力”这一重点,理解发展的创“新”之路、“质”变之道、“力”用之处这一关键,找准人才稀缺、环境制约、技术瓶颈这一难点,立足建设人才队伍、优化发展环境、突破技术瓶颈这一着力点,提升体育产业的整体实力、市场竞争力和影响力,推动体育产业向更高质量的发展目标迈进,为建设体育强国和社会主义现代化国家贡献力量。
High-quality development is the primary task of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,sports industry as a"happy industry",green industry and sunrise industry,is an important driving force to support high-quality economic development,but also an important content of building a sports power.Taking the new quality productivity to promote the high-quality development of sports industry as the research object,the logical framework,the promotion dilemma and the practical approach are discussed.Highlight the focus of"new","quality"and"power",understand the key of the development of"new"road,"quality"change,and"power"use,identify the difficulty of talent scarcity,environmental constraints,and technical bottlenecks,based on the focus of building talent teams,optimizing the development environment,and breaking through technical bottlenecks,and enhance the comprehensive strength,market competitiveness and influence of the sports industry,promote the sports industry to the development goal of higher quality,and contribute to the construction of a powerful sports country and a modern socialist country.
