摘要
本文旨在研究数字基础设施对山东省新旧动能转换的影响,通过相关理论分析和实证检验发现:(1)数字基础设施促进了山东省新旧动能转换;(2)机制分析检验显示,技术创新与人力资本结构高级化是数字基础设施建设促进山东新旧动能转换的重要路径。这为数字基础设施建设促进山东新旧动能转换的发展提供了理论参考和以下政策启示:加大对数字基础设施建设的投入,积极落实“宽带中国”试点城市政策;增强技术创新能力,促进数字基础设施建设的发展;加大教育投入,提升地方人力资本水平。
To analyze the impact of digital infrastructure on the transformation of growth drivers in Shandong Province,this paper uses theoretical analysis and empirical testing,revealing that:(1) digital infrastructure promotes the transformation of o-ld and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province;(2) Mechanism analysis shows that tech-nological innovation and the optimization of human capital structure are important paths fo-r digital infrastructure construction to promote the transformation of old and new driving forces in Shandong.This provides a theoretical reference and the following policy implicat-ions for the development of digital infrastructure construction to promote the transformatio-n of old and new driving forces in Shandong:increase the investment in digital infrastruc-ture construction,actively implement the "Broadband China" pilot city policy;Enhance te-chnological innovation capacity and promote the development of digital infrastructure const-ruction;We will increase investment in education and raise the level of local human capi-tal.
