摘要
我国数字经济虽迅速发展,但存在“规模大而实力不足、增长快而质量不高”的问题,其核心原因在于缺少具备数字素养和技能的专业化人才。顺应高等教育发展的趋势,通过推进高等教育智慧化改革,可以为数字经济的发展提供坚实的人才支撑。然而,高等教育智慧化改革的过程中,面临着诸如惯性思维、激励机制不相容、创新链接不顺畅等障碍。研究表明,依托动态能力理论,通过运用多样的数字化平台来构建高等教育智慧化的动态发展机制,能有效地解决高等教育智慧化过程中遇到的各类难题和痛点。
Although China’s digital economy has developed rapidly,it faces issues characterized by“large scale but insufficient strength,fast growth but low quality.”The core reason behind this is the lack of specialized talents with digital literacy and skills.In line with the trend of higher education development,advancing the reform towards intelligent higher education can provide solid talent support for the development of the digital economy.However,the process of reform towards intelligent higher education encounters obstacles such as inertia in thinking,mismatched incentive mechanisms,and poor connectivity in innovation.Research indicates that,based on the theory of dynamic capabilities,employing a variety of digital platforms to construct a dynamic development mechanism for intelligent higher education can effectively address the various challenges and pain points encountered during its process.
