摘要
文章借助文献计量的方法,分别从影响范围、对象、内容等方面,对引用中共中央、国务院印发的《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》和国务院印发的《关于实施健康中国行动的意见》的640篇文献进行分析,以把握健康中国相关政策的学术影响。分析发现,体育相关研究是政策学术影响明显集中的领域,涉及学校教育、群众体育、体育强国、体质健康、体育产业等多个方面,而在其他领域的影响力相对有限。健康中国相关政策的发展与完善,未来需关注其在优化健康服务、完善健康保障、建设健康环境、发展健康产业、维护全生命周期健康、防控重大疾病等领域的学术研究及影响,其中,跨学科及交叉研究是重点。
The article analyzes 640 references of the“Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan”issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council,as well as the“Opinions on Implementing the Action of Healthy China”issued by the State Council,using the method of bibliometrics.The analysis is conducted from the aspects of impact scope,target,content,etc.,aiming to grasp the academic influence of the relevant Healthy China policies.The findings revealed that the field of sports-related research showed a significant concentration of policy and academic influence,involving various aspects such as school education,mass sports,sports power,physical health,and sports industry.However,the policy’s influence in other areas was relatively limited.To further improve and develop the Healthy China Plan,future attention should be given to academic research and impact in areas such as optimizing healthcare services,improving health insurance,creating a healthy environment,developing the health industry,maintaining comprehensive lifespan health,and preventing and controlling major diseases.Interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary research will be crucial in these endeavors.
