“双减”背景下浙江省中小学体育俱乐部的现状调查与分析 被引量:2

An Investigation and Analysis of the Current Status of Primary and Secondary School Sports Clubs in Zhejiang Province under the"Double Reduction"Policy Context

摘要 “双减”背景下,中小学加强体育俱乐部建设有了新机遇。但通过调查发现,当前浙江省中小学体育俱乐部存在师资短缺、场地局促、经费紧张和管理机制不完善等问题。研究提出了一场多用、拓展来源、加强培训、多元发展等合理化建议。为后续制定中小学体育俱乐部建设标准,探寻中小学体育俱乐部运营管理机制,探索中小学俱乐部体育师资库建设方法,形成中小学体育俱乐部赛事体系,促进中小学体育俱乐部健康有序发展提供有价值的参考。 Under the"Double Reduction"policy,there are new opportunities for strengthening the development of sports clubs in primary and secondary schools.However,an investigation reveals that sports clubs in Zhejiang Province currently face issues such as a shortage of qualified instructors,limited space,financial constraints,and underdeveloped management systems.This study proposes recommendations for improving the situation,including optimizing space utilization,expanding sources,enhancing training programs,and promoting diversified development.It provides valuable references for the subsequent formulation of standards for the construction of primary and secondary school sports clubs,exploration of the operation and management mechanisms of primary and secondary school sports clubs,exploration of the method of constructing the pool of primary and secondary school clubs'sports teachers,forming a system of primary and secondary school sports clubs’events,and promoting the healthy and orderly development of primary and secondary school sports clubs.
