摘要
采用文献综述法和调查访问法,对德国中小学体育和高校体育开展状况及其与大众体育俱乐部之间的关系做了介绍和研究,并通过实例分析,说明德国中小学的课外体育锻炼主要通过学校与体育俱乐部之间的合作和中小学生参加体育俱乐部来实现,大学的体育教育和体育锻炼则全部由俱乐部性质的"高校体育"和大学生参加体育俱乐部来完成,俱乐部体制是德国学校体育活动,尤其是课外体育锻炼蓬勃开展的基础和保证。
The present article introduced and discussed the current situation of school sports and university sports in Germany and the relationship among sports club system and school and university sports by literature review and interview survey.The analyses of examples showed that the sports activities after school implemented mainly though the cooperation between schools and sport clubs and by joining the club of the students.The physical education and sports activities in the Universities implemented completely though ＂university sports club＂ and sports clubs.The sports club system is the essential element to ensure the development of sports activities after school in Germany.
