摘要
采用文献资料调研、专家访谈和实地调查等研究方法,对国内、外体育服务合格评定发展现状和我国体育服务合格评定体系建设等问题进行探讨。研究认为,我国体育服务合格评定程序主要是体育服务认证、体育场所检查和体育设施检测,三者在任务来源、评定内容和实现手段上各有侧重,共同满足体育服务相关标准实施监督需要。研究提出了统一体育服务合格评定的技术管理、建立体育服务合格评定结果政府采信机制、开展体育场所和体育设施质量监督抽查、加强体育服务合格评定信息披露等4个方面的体系建设内容,并提出现阶段发挥政府主导作用,推动体系建设的若干对策建议。
Using the methods of document analysis,expert interview and field survey,the development status of sports service conformity assessment at home and abroad,and how to construct the sports service conformity assessment system were discussed.The result shows that sports service conformity assessment procedures mainly include the sports service certification,the sports venues inspection and the sports facilities test,which have different roles but jointly meet the needs of implementation supervision of sports services standards.The research proposes four aspects of sports service conformity assessment system construction in China,which are：technical management,the government admissible,quality checks and information disclosure.Moreover,some suggestions of how can government lead and promote the system at this stage have also been discussed.
