摘要
“脱钩”冲击下我国芯片产业如何借助数字技术赋能企业创新是一个重要研究课题,本文通过对中微公司数字化转型过程进行研究,回答了在该过程中如何实现数字赋能创新的问题。研究从数字技术的应用对技术、组织、市场、生态四个维度产生的赋能作用进行考察,发现整个过程是由内而外、由技术赋能向平台赋能转化,而在平台赋能中又经历了从技术主导向制度主导的转变过程。研究显示,在“脱钩”冲击环境下,数字赋能是技术突破的重要保障,数字化转型为企业间的协同合作和技术攻坚提供了有利条件。
How to use digital technology to empower enterprise innovation in China's chip industry under the impact of“decoupling”is an important research topic.This article answers the question of digital empowerment innovation in the process of digital transformation through the analysis of the entire process of digital transformation of AMEC.The research examines the empowerment effect of digital technology application on technology,organization,market,and ecology,and finds that the entire process is from inside out,from technology empowerment to platform empowerment,and in platform empowerment,it has undergone a transformation from technology-oriented to institution-oriented.The research shows that in the context of“decoupling”impact,digital empowerment is an important guarantee for technological breakthroughs,and digital transformation provides favorable conditions for collaboration and technological breakthroughs among enterprises.
