摘要
对新型Q460材料单层球形网壳结构进行三维建模与受力分析,运用三维软件SolidWorks对单层球形网壳结构进行简化建模,对其中的关键部件的连接和焊接进行详细设计;同时对钢屋盖结构进行设计,并对张弦梁进行详细的制作与结构施工;利用3D3S钢结构—空间结构设计软件对新型Q460材料的单层球形网壳结构进行预应力施加以及结构优化设计等数值模拟计算分析,通过数值模拟分析得出不同矢跨比、预应力、撑杆高度、网壳边杆厚度、网格尺寸对单层球形网壳结构极限承载力大小影响的变化规律,得出矢跨比、撑杆高度、网壳边杆厚度、网壳尺寸对单层球形网壳结构极限承载力影响较大,预应力对极限承载力影响较小,该网壳结构最大极限承载力可以达到11.268 kN/m^(2),为后续更大空间的单层球形网壳结构的设计和受力分析提供理论参考。
3D modeling and force analysis of the new Q460 single-layer spherical reticulated shell structure are carried out.SolidWorks is used to simplify and model the single-layer spherical reticulated shell structure,and the connection and welding of the key components are designed in detail.At the same time,the steel roof structure is designed,and the string beam is made and constructed in detail.By using 3D3S Steel Structure-Space structure design software,the prestress and structural optimization design of the single-layer spherical reticulated shell of the new Q460 material are numerically simulated and analyzed.The variation laws of the influence of different vector span ratio,prestress,strut height,thickness of lattice side bar and mesh size on the ultimate bearing capacity of single-layer spherical reticulated shell structure are obtained.It is concluded that the vector span ratio,strut height,thickness of lattice side bar and mesh size have a greater influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of single-layer spherical reticulated shell structure,while prestress has a lesser influence on the ultimate bearing capacity.The maximum ultimate bearing capacity of the reticulated shell structure can reach 11.268 kN/m^(2),which provides a theoretical reference for the subsequent design and force analysis of single-layer spherical reticulated shell structures with larger space.
