摘要
为了加快苹果手机包装生产线的自动化程度,设计一种液压控制的苹果手机包装线。利用三维软件SolidWorks建立该生产线的整体结构示意图。详细介绍了该生产线中的包装机构、自动贴标机、捆扎机等控制方法,运用数学方法分析包装机构设计的合理性和可行性;利用PLC控制自动贴标机的运动,实现精准贴标;利用液压控制回路控制捆扎机的运动,实现精准捆扎;利用PLC控制机器人的运动,实现苹果手机包装箱的精准搬运。同时,对该生产线各个模块的控制进行详细介绍,试验结果表明,该生产线能够满足苹果手机包装生产,具有成本低、自动化程度高、效率高、运行平稳等特点。
In order to speed up the automation of Apple s mobile phone packaging production line,design of an Apple phone packaging line based on hydraulic control.The overall structure diagram of the production line is established by using three-dimensional software Solid Works.The control methods of packaging mechanism,automatic labeling machine and binding machine in the production line are introduced in detail.The rationality and feasibility of packaging mechanism design are analyzed by mathematical method.The movement of automatic labeling machine is controlled by PLC to realize accurate labeling.The hydraulic control loop is used to control the movement of the strapping machine to realize precise strapping.Using PLC to control the movement of the robot,the precise handling of the Apple mobile phone packaging box can be realized.At the same time,the control of each module of the production line is introduced in detail,the experimental results show that the production line can meet the needs of Apple mobile phone packaging production,and has the characteristics of low cost,high degree of automation,high efficiency and smooth operation.
