摘要
以某购物中心中庭采光穹顶自由曲面单层网壳为研究对象,介绍了网格划分原则及结构布置,分析了恒载、活载、雪荷载、风荷载、温度作用及多遇地震作用等多种工况下的静力受力变形性能,验算了结构的整体稳定性能。对比研究了活载的不均匀分布对结构线性屈曲承载力的影响,结果表明活荷载的不均匀分布不影响本工程单层网壳的稳定承载力;并进行考虑结构初始缺陷的非线性屈曲分析。采用多尺度有限元分析方法,对比分析了三种不同尺寸的中心圆筒节点受力性能,节点有限元分析能真实反映节点的受力性能及其对整体结构性能的影响,可为其他类似工程提供参考。
Taking the free-form single-layer reticulated shell of the lighting roof of a shopping center as the research object,grid principles and structural arrangements were introduced.The static deformation properties under dead load,live load,snow load,wind load,temperature and earthquake were analyzed.The overall stability of the structure was checked.The influence of uneven distribution of live load on the linear buckling capacity of structures was studied,the results showed that the uneven distribution of live load does not affect the stable bearing capacity of the single-layer reticulated shell.The nonlinear buckling analysis considering initial structural defects was carried out.The multi-scale finite element analysis method was used to compare and analyse the mechanical properties of three central cylinder joints with different sizes.Finite element analysis of joints can truly reflect the mechanical properties of joints and their influence on the overall structural performance.The key points of structural design are concluded for reference.
