摘要
某冶金原料场宽度达160m,采用两侧落地支承的双层网壳结构进行封闭。为有效控制结构高度,充分提升结构内部空间利用率并改善结构受力性能,利用料场1/4宽度处的纵向挡料墙设置2道纵向柱列支承网壳结构,柱列采用大柱距的树型柱。网壳结构厚度3.6m,矢跨比1/3.2,采用两个程序对结构进行静力对比分析,补充基于Abaqus的结构非线性整体稳定性分析和树枝型复杂节点有限元分析计算,结构各项性能指标均能满足规范要求,投入使用后效果较好。
There is a metallurgical raw material field,160m wide,and it is enclosed by a double-layer gridshell structure supporting on both sides.In order to effectively control the height of the structure,fully improve the utilization rate of its internal space and its force performance,two longitudinal tree-shaped columns with large column spacing were set up on the longitudinal retaining wall at 1/4width of the raw material yard to support the double-layer gridshell,which has the thickness of 3.6m,with the rise-span ratio of 1/3.2.In this paper,two calculation software were employed to conduct a static comparative analysis of the structure,with a nonlinear global stability analysis based on Abaqus as well as the finite element analysis calculation of the branch-type complex nodes supplemented.All performance index of the structure can meet standard requirements,with satisfactory effects realized in use.
