摘要
本文综述了近年来食品中铜绿假单胞菌检测方法的研究进展,包括传统的培养方法、滤膜法、免疫学方法、生物传感器法、光谱法、电化学法、质谱法等,旨在为食品安全监管和食品工业的质量控制提供参考。
This paper reviews recent research progress of detection methods for Pseudomonas aeruginosa in food,including traditional cultivation methods,filter membrane methods,immunological methods,biosensors,spectroscopic methods,electrochemistry,mass spectrometry,etc.,aiming to provide reference for food safety supervision and quality control in the food industry.
