数字化视域下高职教师实践教学素养:现实挑战、结构模型及其生成路径 被引量:10

Realistic Challenges,Structural Models and Its Generation Paths of Practical Teaching Literacy of Higher Vocational Teachers from the Perspective of Digitalization

摘要 高职教师实践教学是高职教育对接工作世界的关键,高职教师实践教学素养是通达高职教育育人目标的基本前提和高职教师发展的核心素养。随着数字技术在高职教育中的深入应用,高职教育中批量生产“工具人”的模式已无法满足数字化人才培养需求,亟须从数字化角度分析技术变革对高职教师实践教学素养带来的挑战;亟须从实践理性出发,建构高职教师数字化实践教学素养“碗状”成长模型;亟须搭建去中心化产教知识融创平台,建立数字化实践教学“共享工厂”,营造产教共同体数字技术文化氛围,有效助推高职教师数字化实践教学素养的形成。 The practical teaching of higher vocational teachers is the key to connecting higher vocational education with the world of work.The practical teaching literacy of higher vocational teachers is the basic prerequisite for reaching the goal of higher vocational education and the core literacy of higher vocational teachers'development.With the in-depth application of digital technology in higher vocational education,the mode of mass production of tools in higher vocational education has been unable to meet the needs of digital talent cultivation.It is urgent to analyze the challenges brought by technological reform to the practical teaching literacy of higher vocational teachers from the perspective of digitization;it is urgent to construct a“bowl-shaped”growth model of digital practical teaching literacy of higher vocational teachers from the perspective of practical rationality;it is urgent to construct a decentralized production-education knowledge integration platform,establish a digital practice teaching“sharing factory”,create a digital technology cultural atmosphere of industry-education community,and effectively promote the formation of digital practice teaching literacy of higher vocational teachers.
