摘要
                
                    高职教师是高职教育改革的主体和关键,对高职教师发展进行科学评价有利于高职教育的改革和发展。发展性评价将教师视为可持续学习者,鼓励其积极反思、不断改进教学方法,为学生提供更高质量的教育,满足现代终身学习的需求。本研究采用层次分析法,确定了高职发展性评价指标的权重,其中,教师的教学设计能力和道德规范是教师发展的基础能力,高职院校管理者可根据量化的评价结果为教师提供个性化、有针对性的培训和支持,助力高职教师实现终身教育的发展。
                
                Vocational college teachers are the main body and key to the reform of vocational education.Scientific evaluation of the development of vocational college teachers is conducive to the reform and development of vocational education.Developmental evaluation regards teachers as sustainable learners,encouraging them to actively reflect and continuously improve teaching methods,providing students with higher quality education,and meeting the needs of modern lifelong learning.This study used the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weights of developmental evaluation indicators for higher vocational education.Among them,the teaching design ability and ethical standards of teachers are the basic abilities for teacher development.Vocational college managers can provide personalized and targeted training and support for teachers based on quantitative evaluation results,helping them achieve lifelong education development.
