摘要
互联网+发展模式明确职业教育发展的新方向,提升职业教育的育人培养实效性。依托互联网+发展模式赋能乡村人才振兴精准供给,则是推进职业人才培养个性化发展的基础上,提升对乡村地区职业教育与职业人才输送的扶持。新时期互联网+背景下的职业教育赋能乡村人才振兴的精准供给模式,要基于对搭建互联网+教育数据信息库、完善互联网+职业教育评估体系及优化育人培养定位等多种策略的应用,协同做好育人培养体系的完善,实现对互联网+背景下职业教育赋能乡村人才振兴的精准供给质量的全面提升。
The Internet+development mode clarifies the new direction of the development of vocational education,and improves the effectiveness of vocational education.Relying on the Internet+development mode to enable the revitalization of precise supply of rural talents is to promote the personalized development of vocational talent training and enhance the support for vocational education and vocational talent delivery in rural areas.The precise supply mode of vocational education empowering rural talent revitalization in the context of Internet+in the new era should be based on the application of multiple strategies such as building the Internet+education data information database,and work together to improve the education and training system,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of precise supply of vocational education empowering rural talent revitalization in the context of Internet+.
