发展新质生产力背景下职业教育服务技能型社会建设的使命与路径优化 被引量:17

Missions and Development Paths Optimization of Vocational Education to Serve Construction of a Skills-based Society in the Context of the Development of New Quality Productivity

摘要 发展新质生产力是当今时代发展的必然要求,是社会全面进步、实现可持续发展的关键路径,也是一个国家和社会应对技术进步和经济转型的必然选择。发展新质生产力背景下技能型社会建设需要应对持续技能与知识更新、技能创新能力培养、跨领域能力形成与批判性思维和问题解决能力明显提升等新要求,同时在建设理念、建设内容与建设方法等方面也面临一系列挑战。职业教育需要承担以职业教育体系根本变革应对新质生产力发展要求,以培养适应性强的高技能人才服务新质生产力开发需要,以职业教育终身学习体系推动技能型社会的可持续性发展,以教学内容及方法革新提高职业教育的适应性等新使命。亟待适应发展新质生产力新要求,分层次、分领域进行系统规划;根据新质生产力发展需要,分层分类匹配职业教育校企合作发展模式;紧密对接新质生产力培育,优化职业教育发展目标、内容与方法;根据新质生产力发展特点,增加职业教育的适应性与灵活性。 The development of new quality productivity,which is an inevitable requirement for development in today's era,is a key path for comprehensive social progress and sustainable development,and also a response to technological progress and economic transformation for the inevitable choice.Therefore,the construction of a skills-based society needs to meet new requirements such as continuous updating of skills and knowledge,the cultivation of skills innovation capabilities,the formation of cross-field capabilities,and the significant improvement of critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.However,it still faces a series of challenges,such as construction concepts,construction content and construction methods.Vocational education needs to undertake the new missions of the fundamental reform of the vocational education system to respond to the development requirements of new productive forces,to cultivate highly adaptable and highly skilled talents to serve the development needs of new productive forces,to promote the sustainable development of a skilled society with a lifelong learning system of vocational education,and to innovate teaching content and methods to improve the adaptability of vocational education.It is urgent to respond to the new requirements for the development of new quality productivity and carry out systematic planning in layers and fields as a whole.According to the development requirements of new quality productivity,the hierarchical classification matches the school-enterprise cooperation development model of vocational education.We need to closely connect with the development of new productive forces and optimize the development goals,content and methods of vocational education.According to the needs of the development of new productive forces,the adaptability and flexibility of vocational education should be increased.
