摘要
数字技术在企业生产运营中表现出巨大优势,数字化正成为众多机构和组织发展的重要方向之一。高技能人才主要依靠终身学习来适应数字技术的发展和转型。采用质性研究范式和扎根理论方法,按照目的性抽样选取9名高新技术行业的高技能人才,通过访谈收集数据并在后期进行文本分析和整理。研究发现,终身学习认知是高技能人才应对数字技术变革的前提性要素,包括终身学习的背景、功能和特征认知。终身学习能力是高技能人才应对数字技术变革的过程性要素,包括终身学习的分析、反思和合作能力。终身学习素养是高技能人才应对数字技术变革的关键性要素,包括终身学习的毅力、严谨和耐心。由于终身学习是高技能人才在数字时代可持续发展的重要支撑,为此职业教育数字化转型需要和终身学习体系进行有效结合,同时在技能型社会建设中加强对高技能人才学习的保障措施。
Digital technology has shown great advantages in production and operations of enterprises,and digitalization is becoming one of the important directions for the development of many institutions and organizations.As a response to the changes in digital technology,highly skilled personnel rely mainly on lifelong learning to adapt to the development and transformation of digital technology.Using a qualitative research paradigm and a grounded theory approach,nine highly skilled personnel in high-tech industries were selected according to purposive sampling,and data were collected through interviews and analyzed and organized in text at a later stage.The study found that lifelong learning cognition is a prerequisite element for highly skilled personnel to cope with digital technology changes,including the cognition of the context,function and characteristics of lifelong learning.Lifelong learning competency is a process element for highly skilled personnel to cope with digital technology change,including the analysis,reflection and cooperation ability of lifelong learning.Lifelong learning literacy is the key element for highly skilled talents to cope with digital technology change,including perseverance,rigor and patience in lifelong learning.Since lifelong learning is an important support for the sustainable development of high-skilled personnel in the digital era,the digital transformation of vocational education needs to be effectively combined with the lifelong learning system,and at the same time,the guarantee measures for the learning of high-skilled personnel should be strengthened in the construction of a skill-based society.
