摘要
在当前企业快速高质量发展的背景下,传统的数据管理方式已无法满足企业的需要。本文针对现有数据管理中存在的问题,提出了一种基于数据主人制的数据质量治理模式,并构建了数据治理平台,从而加强人员责任,提高企业数据管理效率。本文的创新点包括智能识别存量和增量数据的数据主人,采用多种数据处理技术,开展数据批量预处理、外数内用、专家处理等整改措施。此外,还在源端业务系统上进行了适应性改造,以确保数据治理工作从责任主体、治理技术和治理平台等多个维度得到全面加强。通过实际应用该数据治理平台,公司台账类数据的管理准确性和效率得到了显著提升。这一成果不仅提高了数据的应用价值,也有利于企业数字化转型。
In the current context of rapid and high-quality development of enterprises,traditional data management methods can no longer meet the needs of enterprises.This article proposes a data quality governance model based on data ownership to address the existing problems in data management,and constructs a data governance platform to strengthen personnel responsibility and improve the efficiency of enterprise data management.The innovation of this article includes the intelligent identification of data owners for stock and incremental data,the use of various data processing techniques,and the implementation of rectification measures such as batch data preprocessing,external data internal use,and expert processing.In addition,adaptive transformation has been carried out on the source side business system to ensure that data governance work is comprehensively strengthened from multiple dimensions such as responsible parties,governance technologies,and governance platforms.Through the practical application of this data governance platform,the accuracy and efficiency of managing company ledger data have been significantly improved.This achievement not only enhances the application value of data,but also benefits the digital transformation of enterprises.
