摘要
煤矿企业从机械化到自动化、信息化和智能化一路发展而来,特别是在大数据、人工智能、物联网、云计算、5G、F5G等新一代信息技术与煤炭生产工艺交叉融合下,智能化辅助设备在煤矿生产领域的应用不断深入,生产模式不断创新,朝着集约、高效、协同、无人化发展,开启智能矿山建设新阶段。各种信息系统和资源建设都达到了一定的规模,随之而来的是生产过程中的基础数据积累和存储也达到了相当的规模。然而煤矿企业信息化系统建设缺乏统一规划,完全根据各单位、各业务部门实际需求独立建设,时间跨度大,地理位置分布广。业务数据分散存储于各个业务系统中,数据格式千差万别,无法实现数据的统一集中管理和不同类型数据的关联分析,不能满足大数据时代下的数据挖掘需求,体现不出数据应有的价值。针对煤矿业务系统和业务数据的特点,结合数据治理国内外最新研究成果,文中给出了具有煤矿企业特点的数据治理架构和技术研究路线,并在此研究的基础上介绍了国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司开展的数据治理实践。探索了一条适合煤矿企业数据治理的新方法,通过统一架构、统一标准的数据标准管控系统,提升了企业数据治理能力、数据资产管控能力、数据共享开放能力,为企业数据管控赋能,提升数据的价值,为企业数字化战略奠定坚实的基础。
Coal mining enterprises have developed from mechanization to automation,informatization and intelligence,especially under the cross-integration of new-generation information technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,cloud computing,5 G,F5 G,and coal production processes,The application of intelligent auxiliary equipment in the field of coal mine production continues to deepen,the production model continues to innovate,and it develops towards intensive,efficient,collaborative,and unmanned development,opening a new stage of intelligent mine construction.The construction of various information systems and resources has reached a certain scale,followed by the accumulation and storage of basic data in the production process has also reached a considerable scale.However,the construction of the information system of coal mining enterprises lacks a unified plan,and is constructed independently according to the actual needs of each unit and each business department,with a large time span and a wide geographical distribution.Business data is scattered and stored in various business systems,and the data formats are very different.It is impossible to achieve unified centralized management of data and correlation analysis of different types of data.It cannot meet the data mining needs in the era of big data,and cannot reflect the value of data.According to the characteristics of coal mine business system and business data,combined with the latest research results of data governance at home and abroad,this paper gives the data governance structure and technical research route with the characteristics of coal mining enterprises,and on the basis of this research,introduces the national energy Shendong Coal Data governance practices carried out by the Group LLC.A new method suitable for data governance of coal mining enterprises has been explored.Through a unified structure and a unified standard data standard management and control system,the enterprise data governance ability,data asset management and control ability,and data sharing and opening ability have been improved,enabling enterprise data management and control,and improving data value,laying a solid foundation for the enterprise’s digital strategy.
