摘要
[目的/意义]在“互联网+医疗”和“健康中国”的时代背景下,探索性构建面向公众的、多源数据驱动的个人健康信息微服务模式,将有助于实现公众多来源、多类型、分散存储的个人健康信息的自我管理与全流程健康信息的集成服务。[方法/过程]在分析梳理个人健康信息服务现状和需求的基础上,基于微服务技术架构,对多源数据驱动的个人健康信息微服务模式从构建思路、构成要素、技术架构、总体框架和服务价值5个方面进行阐释,并以江苏省人民医院为例对所提出的微服务模式进行实用性验证。[结果/结论]提出了一种面向公众的个人健康信息微服务模式,在向个人提供健康信息自我管理类服务的同时,围绕个人全生命周期的健康信息服务需求进行全流程健康信息服务,助力个人健康信息服务目标的有效实现。
[Purpose/significance] Under the background of the era of “Internet+Healthcare” and “Healthy China”,exploratory construction of a public-facing,multi-source data-driven personal health information micro-service mode will help realize the self-management of the public's multi-source,multi-type and decentralized storage of personal health information and the integration service of the whole process of health information.[Method/process] Based on the analysis and combing of the current situation and needs of personal health information services,this paper explains the multi-source data-driven personal health information micro-service mode from five aspects:construction ideas,components,technical architecture,overall framework and service value,and takes Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital as an example to verify the practicability of the proposed micro-service mode.[Result/conclusion] This paper proposes a public-facing personal health information micro-service mode,which provides individuals with self-management of health information,and conducts whole-process health information services around the health information service needs of individuals throughout the life cycle,so as to help the effective realization of personal health management goals.
