摘要
当前全球正迎来新一轮科技革命和产业革命,数字经济蓬勃发展。新产业、新模式、新业态层出不穷,昭示了高等教育数字化转型新纪元。如何以数字经济新动能为契机,推动我国从人口大国到教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的升级至关重要。本文在数字鸿沟、人才结构布局、技术追赶与跨越方面研判高等教育与数字经济耦合发展的困局;在新发展阶段、新发展理念、新发展格局以及强国建设时代背景下,洞悉高等教育与数字经济耦合逻辑;继而从数字化“新基建”“教育专业改进共同体”、强化关键核心技术攻关方面提出数字经济与高等教育“双适应”进路。
A new round of technological and industrial revolution is now underway around the world,under which the digital economy is developing rapidly.New industries,new models and new business models have been emerging,which indicate a new era of digital transformation of higher education.How to take the new momentum of digital economy as an opportunity to upgrade China from population power to education power,science and technology power and talent power is of great importance.First,this paper investigates the dilemma of the coupling development of higher education and digital economy in the aspects of digital divide,talent structure layout,technology catching up and leaping.Second,the paper provides insights into the coupling logic of higher education and digital economy in the context of new development stage,new development philosophy,and new development paradigm,as well as powerful country construction.Finally,the paper proposes“dual adaptation”approaches of digital economy and higher education from the aspects of digital“new infrastructure”,“education professional improvement community”and key core technology research.
