摘要
                
                    全国职业院校教学能力比赛对职业院校教育教学起着引领示范作用。文章对教师教学能力进行了界定,将教师教学水平归纳为五个阶段,并分析了教学能力比赛当前面临的问题,提出“三段四级五磨”教学能力比赛推进路径、组建专业化专家队伍、加强教师教学能力培训、制订比赛成果转化机制、完善长效激励制度、激发教师内生驱动力等策略,以提升教师教学能力比赛整体水平。
                
                The National Vocational College Teaching Ability Competition plays a leading and exemplary role in vocational college education and teaching.The article defines the teaching ability of teachers,categorizes their teaching level into five stages,and analyzes the current problems faced by teaching ability competitions.It proposes strategies such as promoting the"three stages,four levels,and five grinds"teaching ability competition,forming a professional expert team,strengthening teacher teaching ability training,developing a mechanism for transforming competition results,improving long-term incentive systems,and stimulating teachers'intrinsic driving force to enhance the overall level of teacher teaching ability competitions.
