摘要
基于中国儿童中心、首都师范大学中小学生校外教育研究院及北京大学中国社会科学调查中心于2023年3—6月在全国东、中、西部11省12市开展的“双减”背景下中国儿童校外生活状况调查数据,利用二元逻辑回归与多元线性回归分析方法,探讨青少年参与场馆学习的影响因素。研究得出如下主要结论:场馆学习受到青少年的喜爱,然而青少年场馆学习的参与率较低;来自较高等级城市、居住地为城区、学业表现较好、参与学校课后服务的青少年拥有更高的场馆学习的参与率和更多的参与时间;场馆资源分布不均衡,导致青少年参与场馆学习的机会不公平。据此,研究提出应持续统筹推进不同地域层级的场馆建设,保障各地优质场馆供给;家长应更加重视场馆学习这一学习方式,满足孩子的场馆学习期待和需求等建议。
From March to June 2023,a survey was conducted in 11 provinces and 12 cities in eastern,central,and western China,investigating on Chinese students'extracurricular life against the backdrop of"double reduction"policy.The research,conducted by China National Children's Center,in collaboration with the School of Primary and Secondary School Students'Extracurricular Education at Capital Normal University,and Institute of Social Science Survey at Peking University,has used the methods of binary logistic regression and multiple linear regression analysis to explore the influential factors of adolescent participation in youth's venue learning.Here are the main findings:Venue learning is favored by teenagers,but their participation rate is relatively low;teenagers from higher-level cities,in urban areas,with good academic performance and participation in after-school services have shown a higher participation rate and more participation time in venue learning;and the uneven distribution of venue resources has resulted in unequal opportunities for young people's participation.Based on this,the study suggests that the construction of venues at different regional levels should be continuously coordinated to ensure the supply of high-quality venues in various regions;and parents should pay more attention to venue learning as a method to meet their children's expectation and needs.
