摘要
桑黄作为珍稀的食药用真菌,在疏通血脉、去除瘀血、缓解腹痛上效果突出,现代医学不断发展,桑黄其他的药理活性也被挖掘出来,如抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖等方面。但在实际发展过程中,想要得到桑黄多糖,还需要对具体的提取工艺进行分析,以此实现除杂纯化,为后续的实际应用奠定良好基础。基于此,从应用现状入手,结合具体的案例和数据分析不同提取工艺优缺点,进而结合具体的实验,根据实际的结果进一步判断最优的提取工艺条件。
As a rare edible and medicinal fungus,sanghuang has outstanding effects in unblocking blood vessels,removing congestion,and relieving abdominal pain.With the continuous development of modern medicine,other pharmacological activities of sanghuang have also been explored,such as anti-tumor,antioxidant,and hypoglycemic effects.However,in the actual development process,in order to obtain sanghuang polysaccharides,it is necessary to analyze the specifi c extraction process in order to achieve impurity removal and purification,laying a good foundation for subsequent practical applications.Based on this,the article starts with the current application status,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different extraction processes through specifi c cases and data,and then combines specifi c experiments to further determine the optimal extraction process conditions based on actual results.
