摘要
桑黄是一种珍贵的药用真菌,本文使用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和聚酰胺等对桑黄(Phellinus baumii)子实体乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取相分离纯化,经过柱层析和重结晶反复纯化后,将得到的化合物进行清除超氧阴离子、羟基、DPPH.、NO.自由基等抗氧化实验,结果发现分离得到的化合物3在清除自由基及其他抗氧化方面均有显著活性,继而对活性化合物3进行了核磁共振及质谱等波谱分析并结合相关文献报道数据,解析得到该化合物的化学式(C25H18O9)和化学结构。
PheUinus sp. is a precious medicinal mushroom. The ethyl acetate and n-BuOH phases of PheUinus baumii bodies showed high antioxidant activity. Hence the two phases were selected in this article. The silica gel, Sephadex LH- 20 and polyamide were used to purify the samples. Several antioxidant models (superoxide anion radical scavenging ac- tivity, hydroxyl radical-scavenging activity, DPPH ·and NO · radical-scavenging activity and other related activities) were employed to evaluate the antioxidant activities of compound 2, compound 3 and compound 6. Compound 3 showed the largest activities both in radical scavenging activity and other antioxidant models. Therefore, the structure of com- pound 3 was further elucidated by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrum. The chemical formula of compound 3 was determined to be C25H18O9 ,and ites chemical structure was also investigated.
