摘要
编辑力是编辑通过学习、整合、创新体现出来的,能够提升期刊影响广度和深度的一种综合作用力。转型下的教育期刊编辑不仅需要对专业知识有深入的理解和掌握,而且还需要掌握多方面的技术和新型能力。期刊内容数字化、互动平台化,要求期刊编辑力更趋于多元化。
Editing power is a kind of comprehensive force reflected by editors through learning,integration and innovation,which can enhance the breadth and depth of journal influence.Under the transformation,educational journal editors not only need to have a deep understanding and mastery of professional knowledge,but also need to master various technologies and new capabilities.The digitalization and interactive platform of journal content require the journal editing power to be more diversified.
