摘要
结合编辑的工作实践和参加"期刊创新与经营管理专题培训"的体会,用7种角色形态对编辑在新形势下的存在方式加以描述——学习者、传播者、开拓者、教育者、服务者、研究者、奉献者,提出科普期刊编辑应在学习力、编辑力、创造力、教育情怀、服务意识、钻研能力和奉献精神等方面进行素质提升,以适应新形势下的发展。
Inspired by the training seminar entitled ＂Innovation and Management of Periodicals ＂ which she participated in,together with her daily practical work,the author intends to explore and elaborate on a variety of roles a periodical editor is supposed to play in today＇s new situation： a learner,a communicator,an educator,a server, an explorer, a researcher, and a contributor.Accordingly,the paper stresses that it is imperative for the editors to develop themselves in terms of learning ability,editorial ability,education enthusiasm,initiative,innovation,research ability,and dedication in order to adapt to this changing world.
