摘要
学前教育专业需根据师范专业认证标准的要求培养学生的创新能力,但目前的人才培养模式重理论轻实践,在培养目标、课程体系、教学内容与方法、师资队伍、教学质量评估和实践基地建设等方面存在诸多问题。文章旨在探索高职学前教育专业教学改革,从培养目标制订、课程体系安排、教学内容方法更新、教育情怀培养、师资队伍优化、质量监控体系建设、实践基地保障等方面进行了全面梳理,以师范专业认证理念为基础,进一步提高学前教育专业人才培养质量,以适应社会发展的需求。
Preschool education majors need to cultivate students'innovative abilities in accordance with the requirements of teacher training certification standards.However,the current talent cultivation model emphasizes theory over practice,and there are many problems in training objectives,curriculum system,teaching content and methods,teaching staff,teaching quality evaluation,and practical base construction.The article aims to explore the teaching reform of preschool education in vocational colleges,comprehensively sorting out aspects such as setting training objectives,arranging curriculum systems,updating teaching content and methods,cultivating educational sentiments,optimizing teaching staff,constructing quality monitoring systems,and ensuring practical bases.Based on the concept ofteacher training professional certification,it further improves the quality of preschool education professional talent training to meet the needs of social development.
