高职院校思政工作协同创新路径研究

摘要做好思想政治工作是新时代赋予高职院校的职责使命。协同创新是高职院校加强和改进思政工作的基本理念。高职院校应将思政工作看作一个系统化运行过程,全面分析思政工作的主体、客体和介体等要素,确定教育团队协同、教育内容协同和教育介体协同等推进实施重点,采用加强理论研究与应用、加强体系建构与整合、加强队伍建设与提质、加强方法更新与优化、加强载体融合与创新等实施路径,实现全要素参与和全过程协同,形成协同创新的思政工作格局,切实提升思政工作的时代感和实效性。 Doing a good job in ideological and political work is the responsibility and mission entrusted to vocational colleges in the new era.Collaborative innovation is the basic concept for vocational colleges to strengthen and improve ideological and political work.Vocational colleges should regard ideological and political work as a systematic operation process,comprehensively analyze the subject,object,and intermediary elements of ideological and political work,and determine the key implementation points for promoting education team collaboration,education content collaboration,and education intermediary collaboration.This study adopts implementation paths such as strengthening theoretical research and application,strengthening system construction and integration,enhancing team building and quality improvement,updating and optimizing methods,and enhancing carrier integration and innovation.Vocational colleges should achieve full element participation and full process collaboration,thereby forming a collaborative and innovative pattern of ideological and political work,and effectively enhancing the sense of the times and effectiveness of ideological and political work.
