摘要
公共卫生应急处置能力是公共卫生人才核心岗位胜任力,是预防医学专业培养应用型公共卫生人才的重要环节。厦门医学院预防医学专业遵循“立德树人、医教协同、产教融合、应用为先”专业人才培养理念,通过创设应急现场教学环境,有效训练学生应急现场处置能力;重构公共卫生经典案例教学内容,激发学生学习兴趣和热情;创新“理实一体化”教学方法,培养学生公共卫生岗位适应能力;开展“健康中国”课程思政教育,培养学生肩负健康中国的使命感。该文探索并实践应用型公共卫生人才培养的实践教学创新,为我国培养适应社会发展和公共卫生事业需求的应用型公共卫生人才提供参考。
The ability of public health emergency response is the core competence of public health personnel,and it is an important link for preventive medicine to train applied public health personnel.The preventive medicine specialty of Xiamen Medical College follows the concept of training professional personnel of"setting up moral principles,cooperation between medical and education,integration of production and education,and application first".We train the students'ability to deal with emergencies on the spot effectively,reconstruct the teaching contents of classic cases of public health and stimulate the students'interest and enthusiasm in learning.We should innovate the teaching method of"integration of theory and practice",train the students'adaptability to public health posts,carry out the ideological and political education of"Healthy China",and train the students to shoulder the mission of healthy China.This paper explores and practices the practical teaching innovation of applied public health personnel training,which provides reference for our country to train applied public health personnel to meet the needs of social development and public health undertakings.
