摘要
随着健康中国战略的深入实施和全方位全生命周期健康服务的深入开展,社会对应用型公共卫生人才的需求日益增加。地方医学院校开设预防医学本科专业承载着培养地方性应用型公共卫生人才的重要任务。为适应社会发展和公共卫生事业需要,现有的公共卫生人才培养模式需要不断创新和优化。厦门医学院预防医学本科专业通过“四方协同”“三全育人”形成人才培养合力,深化医教协同和产教融合,建设应用型实践教学基地;持续教学改革、优化课程建设和信息化教学资源建设。厦门医学院进行多维度的改革和创新,为地方公共卫生事业培养应用型公共卫生人才作出贡献,可为地方医学院校培养应用型公共卫生人才提供有益参考。
With the deep implementation of Health China strategy and the further development of life cycle health services,the demand for applied public health professionals is increasing in society.It is an important task for local medical colleges and universities to set up preventive medicine in undergraduate major to train local applied public health professionals.In order to meet the needs of social development and public health undertakings,the existing training mode of public health professionals needs constant innovation and optimization.The undergraduate preventive medicine specialty of Xiamen Medical College forms the joint force of talent cultivation by“four-way cooperation”and“three-round education”,deepens the cooperation of medicine and education,and the integration of industry and education,and constructs the applied practical teaching base;continues teaching reform,optimizes course construction and information teaching resource construction.The multi-dimensional reform and innovation of Xiamen Medical College have achieved good results in the training of applied public health professionals for local public health undertakings,which can provide useful reference for local medical colleges to train applied public health personnel.
