摘要
在老龄化深度发展和劳动力规模下降、供给结构变化的背景下,通过教育赋能促进低龄老年人就业有利于挖掘老年人力资源潜力,缓解社会和家庭养老压力,促进老年人身心健康和价值实现。从发展现实来看,新时代教育赋能低龄老年人力资源开发还存在机制规则、思想观念、教育供给、社会环境等方面的发展困境,需要从转变观念、完善法律制度、加强老年教育服务体系建设、提升老年教育供给质量等方面进一步完善相关措施,促进教育赋能低龄老年人力资源开发高质量发展。
Against the background of increasingly serious population aging,the decline of labor force,and the change of supply structure,promoting younger elderly employment through education is conducive to tapping the potential of the elderly resources,alleviating the pressure of social and family pension,and promoting the physical and mental health and value realization of the elderly.However,problems of mechanism and rules,ideology,education supply,social environment,etc.still exist.We still need to change ideas,improve legal systems,strengthen the construction of elderly education service systems,improve the quality of education supply for the elderly,etc.So as to promote the high-quality human resources development of the younger elderly through education.
