摘要
随着全球经济一体化的不断深入,外贸行业对高素质人才的需求日益迫切。职业核心素养已逐渐成为评价外贸人才综合素质的重要标准。将职业核心素养融入外贸人才培养的全过程,不仅有助于培养适应市场需求的专门人才,而且能够提升外贸从业者在国际市场中的竞争力和适应能力。文章在分析外贸行业发展和人才培养现状的基础上,从课程体系、教学方法、职业导师、考核评价体系等方面提出外贸人才职业核心素养培养的机制和路径,以期为高校外贸人才培养提供参考和建议。
As global economic integration continues to deepen,the demand for high-quality talents in the foreign trade industry is becoming increasingly urgent.Vocational core literacy has gradually become a crucial criterion for evaluating the comprehensive qualities of foreign trade talents.Integrating vocational core literacy into the entire process of cultivating foreign trade talents is not only conducive to nurturing specialized talents that meet market demands,but also enhances the competitiveness and adaptability of foreign trade practitioners in the international market.Based on an analysis of the development of the foreign trade industry and the current status of talent training,this article proposes mechanisms and pathways for cultivating the vocational core literacy of foreign trade talents,covering aspects such as curriculum design,teaching methods,career mentors,and assessment systems.It is hoped that these suggestions will provide references and recommendations for the training of foreign trade talents in universities.
