摘要
农业产业化联合体促进小农户衔接现代农业是其功能彰显的应有之义。基于嵌入性视角,对四川林县橘香农业产业化联合体衔接小农户的生产性服务体系构建机制进行分析。该联合体经历了初步联合规模户、融入农民合作社和龙头企业引领共生三个阶段,力求实现农资采购、技术标准和销售服务环节的“三统一”。在此过程中,为了缩短龙头企业和本地农户的社会距离,联合体通过行政嵌入形成合作型产业治理、通过关系嵌入融入乡土社会、通过文化嵌入适应农户生计发展和通过认知嵌入增强农户对联合体运行稳定性预期。龙头企业在与乡土社会的良性互动中完成了“外来者”到“本地人”的身份转化,实现了联合体联农带农的目标。
It is the proper meaning of the agro-industrial alliance to promote the connection of small farmers with modern agriculture.Based on the perspective of embeddedness,this paper analyzes the construction mechanism of the productive service system connecting small farmers in the Tangerine agro-industrial alliance in Linxian County,Sichuan.The consortium has gone through three stages:the initial joint large-scale households,the integration into the farmer cooperatives and the leading enterprises to lead the symbiosis,and strive to achieve the“three unifications”of agricultural material procurement,technical standards and sales and services.In this process,in order to shorten the social distance between leading enterprises and local farmers,the agro-industrial alliance forms cooperative industrial governance through administrative embedding,integrates into the local society through relationship embedding,adapts to the livelihood development of rural households through cultural embedding and enhances farmers’expectations for the stability of the operation of the alliance through cognitive embedding.In the conscientious interaction with the local society,the leading enterprises have completed the identity transformation from“outsiders”to“locals”,and achieved the goal of linking the agro-industrial alliance with farmers.
