摘要
中国着眼于乡村振兴战略大局,全面制定乡村产业振兴的制度框架和政策体系,从调整乡村产业结构、优化乡村产业组织、协调乡村产业生产要素等层面构建现代化乡村产业体系,为建设现代化农业强国奠定坚实的产业基础。随着乡村产业振兴战略的逐步落实,各类乡村产业的贡献程度随之发生结构性变化;乡村产业结构的调整,进而促进多种融合性新型生产经营组织的形成;中国不断推进农业生产要素的市场化改革,在技术、金融和土地等方面做出有利于乡村产业高质量发展的制度调整,推进各项要素在农业产业链和产业集群的配置效率提升。乡村产业振兴的中国道路为世界范围内发展中国家的农业现代化提供了一个完善的理论分析框架,具有重要的实践指导意义。
Focusing on the overall situation of the rural revitalization strategy,China has comprehensively formulated the institutional framework and policy system,and built a modern rural industrial system from adjusting industrial structure,optimizing industrial organization,and coordinating the production factors,so as to lay a solid industrial foundation for building a modern agricultural power.With the implementation of the strategy,the contribution of rural industries has been adjusted accordingly.And the adjustment of rural industrial structure promoted the formation of new business organizations.China has constantly promoted the market-oriented reform of agricultural production factors,especially making institutional adjustments in technology,finance,and land,to promote the efficiency improvement of various elements in the allocation of industrial chains and industrial clusters.The path of rural industrial revitalization in China provides a comprehensive theoretical analysis framework for agricultural modernization in developing countries worldwide,which has important guiding significance.
