基于SOAP法的MDT教学模式在脑卒中康复教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨基于SOAP法的MDT教学模式在脑卒中康复教学中的应用效果,以2018级乡医定向班24名学生为对照组,2019级33名学生为观察组。对照组采用LBL教学法,观察组采用SOAP结合MDT教学模式。教学结束后通过理论考试、操作技能考核、自评量表,比较两组的教学效果。观察组理论考试成绩、操作技能考核成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p <0.05),且观察组在学习积极性、主动学习能力、分析问题能力、解决问题能力、团队合作意识方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。在脑卒中康复教学中,SOAP结合MDT教学模式比传统的LBL教学方法更有优势。 This study aims to investigate the application effectiveness of the SOAP-based MDT teaching model in stroke rehabilitation education.Twenty-four students from the 2018 rural doctor-oriented class were selected as the control group,while thirty-three students from the 2019 class were selected as the observation group.The control group received LBL teaching,while the observation group received SOAP combined with MDT teaching.After the teaching sessions,the effectiveness of the two groups was compared through theoretical exams,practical skill assessments,and self-assessment scales.The observation group showed significantly better performance in theoretical exams and practical skills assessments compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).Additionally,the observation group demonstrated significantly higher levels of learning enthusiasm,active learning abilities,problem analysis,problem-solving skills,and teamwork awareness compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).In stroke rehabilitation education,the SOAP combined with MDT teaching model proves more advantageous than traditional LBL teaching methods.
