摘要
医学教育创新的观念方法与种类繁多,医学教育在临床活动中的理论和应用是其中一个重要探索方向,健康信息素养亦是新时代社会大力倡导的风气与导向,于此,探讨健康信息素养在医学教育中的运用无疑会推动新时代医学教育的创新与重构。通过阐释健康信息素养的理论内涵与研究态势,以此探求健康信息素养的医疗场域与国际定位;通过健康信息素养的构建融通、层级延展、临床境遇与纾困之策来梳理健康信息素养对医学教育机制的形塑;当下亟需重塑医学教育观念,力促健康信息课程的创造性转化,亦需优化医学资源共享,夯实健康信息素养的创新性发展,以此从理论之源与实践之途双重路向来促动医学教育的创新与提升。
There are many methods and types of medical education innovation,in which the theory and application of medi-cal education in clinical activities is one of the important directions.Health information literacy is also a trend and orientation strongly advocated by society in the new era.The application of health information literacy in medical education will undoubtedly promote the innovation and reconstruction of medical education in the new era.By explaining the theoretical connotation and re-search trends of health information literacy,the medical field and international positioning of health information literacy were ex-plored.Through the construction and integration of health information literacy,hierarchical extension,clinical situations and case studies,the shaping of health information literacy on medical education mechanism was sort out.It is urgent to reshape the concept of medical education and promote the creative transformation of health information courses,optimize the sharing of medical re-sources and consolidate the innovative development of health information literacy,so as to combine the source of theory and path of practice to promote the innovation and improvement in medical education.Author's address Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing,P.R.China.
