摘要
目的:了解新冠病毒肺炎疫情下湖南省高校大学生中医药健康素养状况,分析其影响因素,为提高大学生的中医药健康素养提供建议。方法:对湖南省14个地区127所高校的1 101名大学生进行调查。结果:大学生中医药健康知识平均得分为64分,具备率为24.4%。不同性别、就读学校、专业、年级、家庭收入、是否学过中医药相关课程、获取中医药健康知识的途径、对中医药的理解以及认同均对湖南省高校大学生的中医药健康素养有影响。结论:当前湖南省高校大学生健康素养总体水平有待提高,各高校应加强对大学生中医药健康教育工作,提高其中医药健康素养水平。
OBJECTIVETo understand the basic level of Chinese medicine health literacy of college students in Hunan province under the background of COVID-19, and to formulate a targeted improvement path to improve the Chinese medicine health literacy of college students. METHODS A survey of 1 101 college students from 127 universities in 14 regions of Hunan province was conducted. RESULTS The average score of TCM health knowledge among the surveyed college students was 64 points, and the possession rate was 24.4%. Different genders, schools, majors, grades, family income, whether they have studied TCM related courses,ways to acquire TCM health knowledge, understanding and recognition of TCM are all related to the TCM health literacy of college students in Hunan Province. CONCLUSION At present, the overall level of health literacy of college students in Hunan province needs to be improved, so colleges and universities should strengthen TCM health education for college students and improve the level of medical and health literacy.
