专业学位硕士研究生教学质量监控体系建设

摘要 教学质量监控体系具有研判、问题诊断、动态预警、调控功能。完善专业学位硕士研究生教学质量监控体系是提升研究生教育质量、培养高素质应用型人才、完善教育供给侧平衡的重要途径。但当前,专业学位硕士研究生教学质量监控体系不完善、保障机制欠缺、限制因子较多,难以持续推动专业学位研究生教育高质量发展。基于此,本文以专业学位研究生教学质量为核心,通过创新质量监管体系、完善质量保障机制、协调质量限制因子,设计了专业学位硕士研究生教学质量监控体系,为应用型人才培养营造良性发展空间。 The teaching quality monitoring system has the functions of research and judgment,problem diagnosis,dynamic early warning and regulation.Improving the teaching quality monitoring system of professional master’s degree graduate students is an important way to promote the quality of postgraduate education,cultivate highquality applied talents,and improve the balance of education supply side.However,at present,the teaching quality monitoring system of professional master’s degree graduate students is not perfect,which lacks the guarantee mechanism and has many limiting factors.Therefore,it is difficult to continuously promote the high-quality development of professional postgraduate education.Based on this,in this paper,taking the teaching quality of professional degree graduate students as the core,the teaching quality monitoring system was designed by innovating the quality supervision system,improving the quality assurance mechanism and coordinating the quality limit factor,so as to create a benign development space for the cultivation of applied talents.
