摘要
加强研究生教育质量监控是提高省域研究生教育质量,加快推进研究生高质量发展的重要途径。省域研究生教育质量监控是省级政府管理职能转变的诉求,是省域研究生教育管理的需求,更是省级研究生教育科学决策的要求。质量监控具有对省域研究生教育形势研判、问题诊断、动态预警与调控功能。省域研究生教育质量监控由于起步较晚,存在外部监控占主导,要素功能离散、协同机制不完善等问题。可以通过完善质量监控标准、优化质量监控过程、提升内部质量保障能力、加强质量保障协同等路径提升省域研究生教育质量监控运行效能。
Strengthening the quality control of graduate education is an important way to improve the quality of graduate education in provinces and accelerate the development of graduate students with high quality.The construction of provincial graduate education quality monitoring system is the appeal of the transformation of the management function of the provincial government,the demand of provincial graduate education management,and the requirement of scientific decision-making of graduate education.The quality control system has the functions of research and judgment,problem diagnosis,dynamic early warning and regulation of the provincial graduate education situation.The quality control of graduate education in provinces is started late and has some problems,such as the dominant external monitoring,discrete elements and imperfect coordination mechanism.To improve the operation efficiency of the quality monitoring system of provincial graduate education,we should improve the quality monitoring standards,optimize the quality monitoring process,enhance the internal quality assurance ability,and strengthen the coordination of quality assurance.
