摘要
中小企业是我国市场经济的重要组成部分,是国民经济和社会发展的重要力量。企业要想提高自身核心竞争力,寻求不断地创新和发展,就必须重视人才的培养,通过培训不断提高员工的理论知识和专业技能。在我国,中小企业的员工培训存在观念落后、资金有限、师资不足、机制不健全等问题。文章立足中小企业发展现状,简要分析培训中存在的问题,结合实际探讨对策加以解决,为企业提供良好的人才培养机制,为企业储备优秀的人才,以推动其健康、稳定、长远的发展。
Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are an important part of Chinas market economy.In order to enhance their corecompetitiveness,enterprises must prioritize talent development and continuously improve employeestheoretical knowledge.In China,SMEs face issues such as outdated concepts,limited funding and inadequate mechanisms for employee training.This paper,based on the current development status of SMEs,briefly analyzes the existing problems in training,explores practical solutions,and provides a good talent training mechanism for enterprises to cultivate outstanding talents,thus promoting their healthy,stable,and long-term development.
