摘要
重大工程项目作为巨复杂系统,需要通过产学研融通创新攻克系统“卡脖子”技术难题。本文基于重大工程项目产品开发平台的建立与运行规律,通过大型邮轮项目的探索性单案例研究,将产学研融通创新的演进过程划分为知识学习交流、知识创新应用和知识转移溢出三个阶段,揭示其中各类型高校的参与方式,并探析创新主体通过跨组织的科学研究、人才培养及二者的耦合联动促进“四链”融合的机制,为有效发挥产学研融通创新的作用提供借鉴。
Major engineering projects,as complex systems,need to overcome series of technological challenges through the integrated innovation of industry-university-research.Based on the establish-ment and operation of major engineering project product development platforms,this article divides the evolution process of the integrated innovation of industry-university-research into three stages:knowledge learning and exchange,knowledge innovation and application,and knowledge transfer and spillover through exploratory single case study of large cruise projects.It reveals the participation modes of various types of universities in the process,and explores the mechanism of promoting the integration of“four chains”through cross-organizational scientific research,talent cultivation,and the coupling and linkage between the two by the various innovation players.This provides a reference for effectively playing the role of the integrated innovation of industry-university-research.
