摘要
深入当前基础教育场域,多数教师表示,在“双减”政策背景下其工作负担不减反增,学生学业负担的减轻带来的是教师在教学能力、作业设计、课后服务、家校沟通等方面的过重压力。对四位城乡小学教师深度跟踪调查后发现,当前教师工作负担过重具体表征为:专业发展时间短缺,教学能力提升受限;作业设计费时费力,培优补差顾此失彼;家长教育责任转嫁,家校协同难以推进;工作任务繁重琐碎,隐性工作时间过长;工作生活边界模糊,角色冲突不可避免;工作处理能力不足,身心承受双重负担。有效消解教师过重工作负担,应从以下策略着手:推进教育评价改革,优化教师评价机制;划分工作场域边界,助力教师专业发展;作业设计优质合理,课后服务因地制宜;建立多元治理平台,共创教育良好生态;提升时间管理能力,持续强化职业认同;推进教育数字化转型,技术赋能教育教学。
Delving into the current field of basic education,most teachers say that under the background of the“Double Reduction”policy,their work burden has not decreased but increased,and the reduction of students'academic burden brings excessive pressure on teachers in teaching ability,homework design,after-school services,and home-school communication.An in-depth follow-up survey of four urban and rural primary school teachers revealed specific characteristics of their excessive workload:shortage of time for professional development,limited improvement of teaching ability;time-consuming and laborious homework design,neglect of one or the other;transfer of parental education responsibility,difficulty in promoting home-school coordination;heavy and trivial work tasks,excessive hidden working time;blurred boundaries between work and life,inevitable role conflicts;insufficient work handling ability,and both mental and physical burden.To effectively alleviate the excessive workload of teachers,the following strategies should be taken to start from:promoting the reform of educational evaluations and optimizing the teacher evaluation mechanism;delineating the boundaries of the workplace to facilitate teachers'professional development;ensuring high-quality and reasonable homework design,along with after-school services tailored to local conditions;establishing a pluralistic governance platform to foster a positive educational environment;enhancing time management skills while continuously strengthening professional identity;and advancing the digital transformation of education to enhance teaching and learning through technology.
