摘要
大健康公平是新时代健康中国建设的必然选择。随着数字健康与数字经济的不断普及与发展,社会已经进入大健康高质量发展阶段,在大健康视域下,推进基本公共卫生服务均等化,实现民众合理就医,解决民众就医难、就医贵是当务之急。要高度重视基本公共卫生服务均等化与经济发展互促机制的探索与应用,应聚焦政府与社会联动治理主要方向,从政策法规制度保障与特殊区域协同发展,推动基本公共卫生服务均等化,实现大健康公平,切实满足民众公共健康安全需要,推进中国式现代化建设发展。
Great health equity is an inevitable choice for the construction of a healthy China in the new era.With the continuous popularization and development of digital health and the digital economy,society has entered a stage of high-quality development of great health.From the perspective of great health,promoting the equalization of basic public health services,achieving reasonable medical treatment for the people,and solving the difficulty and high cost of medical treatment for the people are urgent matters.We should attach great importance to the exploration and application of the mechanism of mutual promotion between the equalization of basic public health services and economic development.We should focus on the main direction of the government and social linkage governance,promote the equalization of basic public health services through policy,regulation and system guarantees,and coordinate the development of special regions to achieve general health equity,effectively meet public health and safety needs,and promote the construction and development of the Chinese path to modernization.
