摘要
对新工科背景下皮革行业复合型创新人才培养优势与目标进行分析,认为新工科理念的提出对皮革行业人才创新能力培养、学科专业孵化等存在一定优势。皮革行业应以培养创新为首的行业人才、前瞻性与实用性并举、多学科交叉融合创新等思路开展人才培养,从人才培养思路、综合教改方案两个主要视角构建了新工科背景下皮革行业复合型创新人才培养体系,旨在为新工科背景下皮革行业人才培养提供借鉴。
This paper analyzed the advantages and objectives of the training of composite innovative talents in the leather industry under the background of new engineering,and believed that the proposal of new engineering concepts has certain advantages in the cultivation of talent innovation ability and discipline incubation in the leather industry.It is believed that under the background of new engineering,the leather industry should carry out talent training with the ideas of cultivating innovation-led industry talents,combining prospectivity and practicality,and integrating and in⁃novating multi-disciplines.From two main perspectives of talent training ideas and comprehensive educational reform plan,the cultivation system of composite innovative talents in the leather industry under the background of new engi⁃neering was constructed.The purpose is to provide reference for the leather industry talent training under the back⁃ground of new engineering.
