摘要
本文以凤台县乡村产业绿色转型实践为例,基于绿色金融推进乡村产业振兴的发展内涵、理论基础与研究综述,分析出当前凤台县绿色金融推进乡村产业振兴存在绿色金融投资对象单一、绿色金融业务运行能力不足、绿色金融产品缺乏多样性、绿色金融下乡难落实等困境。对此,提出拓展绿色金融投资面、提升农商银行操作规范性、创新绿色金融产品、增强绿色金融落地性的发展路径,以期为绿色金融推进乡村产业振兴提供支持。
Based on the practical experience of Fengtai County's rural industry green transformation,and based on the development connotation,theoretical basis and research review of green finance promoting rural industry revitalization,this paper classifies the current dilemma of Fengtai County's green finance promoting rural industry revitalization as the single investment object of green finance,the insufficient operation capacity of green finance business,the lack of diversity of green finance products,and the difficulty of implementing green finance in the countryside.In this regard,it is proposed to expand the investment scope of green finance,improve the standardization of rural commercial bank operation,innovate green financial products,and enhance the implementation of green finance,so as to realize the organic combination of green finance and rural industries,and promote rural industries to the path of green and sustainable development,in order to provide support for green finance to promote the revitalization of rural industries.
