公铁联运物流中心功能区布局的三阶段法 被引量:1

Three Stage Method for Layout of Functional Areas in Road-rail Intermodal Logistics Centers

摘要 为解决现有布局方法普遍对交通线路及周边环境考虑不足的问题,提出公铁联运物流中心功能区布局的三阶段法。首先基于对影响因素的分析,提出5条工作要点,即布局思想应贯彻于前期各项工作,优先布置主导运输方式线路,合理选择总体布局样式,线路布设应协调顺畅衔接紧密,功能区位置顺应业务流程。进而提出功能区布局的三阶段法,总体阶段合理确定总体布局样式,并布设铁路专用线初步方案;构建阶段运用SLP法布设各功能区初步位置;调整阶段交互进行交通流线设计、内部道路布设和交通线路与功能区位置调整,最终形成布局方案。实证研究表明,三阶段法能够将交通线路布设和功能区布局统筹考虑,同时兼顾外部环境影响,有效降低作业区之间的粉尘污染,消除不同流向交通冲突,获得满意效果。 In view of insufficient consideration of transportation routes and surrounding environment in existing layout methods,a three-stage method was proposed for the layout of functional areas in the road-rail intermodal logistics center.Firstly,based on the analysis of the influencing factors,five key work essentials were proposed,namely,the layout concept should be implemented in the early stages of work,priority be given to the layout of dominant transportation routes,the overall layout style be scientifically selected,the route layouts be coordinated,smooth and closely connected,and the location of functional areas comply with business processes.Accordingly,a three-stage method for functional areas layout was proposed,with a scientific overall layout style determined during the overall planning stage and a preliminary plan made for dedicated railway lines;during the construction stage,the SLP method was used to lay out the preliminary positions of each functional area;and during the adjustment stage,the design of traffic streamline,the layout of internal roads,and the location adjustment of the traffic lines and functional areas were conducted interactively,before ultimately forming a layout plan.Relevant empirical research shows that the three stage method can comprehensively consider the layout of transportation routes and functional areas,while also taking into account the impacts from external environment,reducing dust pollution between work areas,and eliminating traffic conflicts in different directions,with satisfactory results.
