摘要
公铁联运物流中心各功能区的布局直接影响物流中心的整体规划方案,传统的布局方式主观性较强,不能客观地反映功能区之间的关系。在分析遵化公铁联运物流中心需求、划分功能区及确定功能区规模的基础上,采用SLP方法,通过定性与定量分析相结合的方式,量化各个功能区之间的综合关联程度,并绘制功能区位置关系图,从而得出2套物流中心平面布置方案。通过方案评价,选取出最佳的平面布置方案,再结合实际情况对各功能区进行修正,从而得出遵化公铁联运物流中心平面布置图,为物流中心的规划提供依据。
The layout of each functional area of a rail-road intermodal transport logistics center directly affects the overall planning scheme of the logistics center.The traditional layout method is highly subjective and cannot objectively reflect the relationship between functional areas.This paper analyzed the demand of Zunhua's road-rail intermodal transport logistics center,divided its functional areas,and determined the size of the functional areas.On this basis,it adopted the SLP method to quantify the comprehensive correlation between functional areas by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis and drew the location relationship diagram of the functional areas.In this way,two layout schemes for this logistics center were obtained.Upon scheme evaluation,the optimal layout plan was selected,and then the functional areas were revised according to the actual situation to obtain the layout plan of Zunhua's road-rail intermodal transport logistics center.The result provides a basis for the planning of the logistics center.
